Scenic RC Flyers: Vote on New Runways
Special meeting will be held this Saturday. July 10th at 10:00am at
the flying field. The votes will be counted and the outcome will be announced at that time. All are members are welcome.

As was discussed at the last meeting, everyone should have a chance to weigh in on the pro's and
con's of moving to the new field.
Attached you will find the comments I received. Please read these documents before you vote.
The Board of Directors recommends if you haven't seen the new runways, then you should take some
time and do so before you vote.
The cost involved to mow the existing along with the new runways can no longer be absorbed by the club.
The budget cannot sustain it.
To make this short and sweet. It will take an up or down (simple majority) vote in order for it to be passed.
The vote will go as follows:
YES: If you would like to move to the new runways.
NO: If you would like to stay on the existing runway.
If you cannot reply to this email, a vote will be taken at a special meeting held on Sat. July 10th at 10:00am at
the flying field. The votes will be counted and the outcome will be announced at that time.
